Hike and fly

Experience this fascinating combination of a mountain tour, hike, alpine tour or ski tour with a wonderful flight. Get your paraglider out of your backpack at lovely remote take-off points and float silently into the valley, nature and pure experiences.

Hike and fly with us

Are you interested in getting to know this form of paragliding, or do you already have experience and want to improve your skills or get to know new tours? Depending on the weather and availability, we offer weekly tours that we can adapt individually to those interested.

Program

On our guided tours, we will point out the requirements for hiking, mountaineering and skiing as well as explain the challenges to be expected at the take-off and landing sites. As always, safety is our top priority.
On some tours it is possible that the flight is accompanied by radio assistance from the valley. Even paragliding school students or newcomers to hike and fly are not alone in the as yet unknown environment.

Hike and fly paragliding with light flying equipment

Important

The hike & fly activities are always privately escorted tours. If paragliding students are participating, there is a flight instructor present at the landing site and can provide support for the flights via radio. If the tours are accompanied by André (Andi), an experienced para-alpinist and mountain rescuer will be on hand with help and advice.
Any liability is excluded for all Hike & Fly, Ski & Fly or Climb & Fly tours.

Hike and fly equipment

In our flight shop you can of course get the necessary lightweight flight equipment elements for your hike and fly tours, which make both the uphill and the downhill parts more pleasant:
– hike and fly paragliding harness, light pod harnesses
– lightweight paragliders and reserve parachutes
